Come Celebrate Lughnasadh/ Lammas!

Annual EarthSong Temple Wheel of the Year Ceremony

Mother Goddess by Wendy Andrews

Monday August 1, 2022
at 11am PST/ 2pm EST/ 7pm GMT

You are warmly invited to attend this EarthSong Temple ceremony to celebrate the turning of the Wheel.

Lughnasadh (pronounced loo-nah-sah), is the first of 3 harvest festivals in the Celtic tradition, and the halfway point between Summer Solstice and Autumn Equinox.

Also known as Lammas or Loaf-mass, this time of year is associated with grains and making bread.

It's a time to celebrate the bounty of nature that comes with dedication, and acknowledge the waning light.

In this free online ceremony we will:

  • align with this point on the sun wheel and celebrate our blessings with gratitude
  • contemplate the nature of benevolent sacrifice in the cycle of life
  • "harvest" the light as we welcome the dark half of the year
  • meditate together for Peace and Abundance

We will gather for this online ceremony on Zoom.

Replay will be available within hours of the event.

Hosted by Michele Woodburn, Rachel Russell, and Kirsty Jandrell.
